SAL PACINO, 77, says that people often comment that he must be 300 years old when they hear how many different things he's done in his life. Sal "retired" in 1981 after 30 years as a Metropolitan Life Insurance agent and owner of beauty supply stores in Covina, California. He spent the next 15 years operating "Pacino's Lounge" hotel and night club in Covina, singing and dancing every night. In fact, Sal has not stopped working and dancing since his childhood in Manhattan's East Harlem. "It was a nice neighborhood, but we had the Mafia around us. They had beautiful cars and women, but I didn't want that life. So, I worked three jobs, including shining shoes." Sal has been a Silver Fox from the beginning and has really enjoyed the commaraderie with his fellow Foxes. He walks every day, plays golf on Thursdays, uses a power rider and lifts weights.
