JENNY CRAWFORD, 53, owns and operates a women's clothing store in Illinois.
She spends most of her free time devoted to her four grandchildren (and a
fifth on the way) and working on projects with her husband on their house
and garden. "Yes, I'm Cindy's mom, but I'm not a celebrity--I'm just a normal
person. It is kind of exciting to be included in. My exercise is mostly in
doing everyday stuff. People today my age think younger. My mother in her
fifties viewed herself as an old person. I think we understand more and make
better choices. We think younger than our mothers. We don't sit still."
